FAQs

📌 How do I know which training level to sign my child up for?

If you're unsure of your child's skill level, schedule a consultation first to determine the best fit. Here’s how it works:

  • If your child is a beginner or needs help with fundamentals, sign them up for Foundations.

  • If they have solid skills and are at an intermediate level, book a Transitions Assessment.

  • If they are advanced, schedule an Accents Assessment.

The number next to a class name (e.g., Foundations 1 or Transitions 2) shows how many times per week they’ll attend during a 4-week cycle. For example, Foundations 1 means they train once per week.

Once you find the best plan, select it and complete the setup through PushPress.

📌 Can my child move up from Foundations to Transitions if I believe they are ready?

We prioritize quality training and true development for every athlete. Class placement is based on current ability and growth areas, not comparisons to others. To move up, players must consistently and correctly execute covered skills.

Coaches will approach you when your student is ready—please do not inquire about advancing. Rushing development doesn’t serve their growth. Every athlete’s journey is unique, and our focus is on building strong, lasting skills.

📌 What happens if my child misses a class?

If your child misses a class, it will not be credited, refunded or carried over to the next month. Our monthly rate reserves your child’s spot up to a certain number of classes per month (dictated by your plan), regardless of attendance. We encourage consistent participation to maximize their development and progress in the program.

📌 Can my child attend different class levels if I sign up for a plan?

No, unless you choose the Blend Plan (2 sessions per week, mixing Transitions & Accents). Otherwise, your child must stay within their enrolled level:

  • Foundations: Only Foundations classes.

  • Transitions 1 & 2: Only Transitions classes.

  • Accents: Only Accents classes.

Class days and times are listed on the website.

📌 Do you offer drop-in passes, or is training only available through a monthly plan?

We no longer offer drop-in passes—training is available only through monthly plans on a 4-week cycle to ensure consistent, structured development.

We’ve found that basketball growth requires repetition, accountability, and coaching vs. sporadic sessions. Our monthly plans provide a clear pathway for improvement, allowing athletes to train at a set frequency for steady, measurable results.

This approach also streamlines scheduling, ensuring every session is intentional and impactful.

📌 How do memberships work?

We offer multiple membership options based on your child’s skill level. Once your child qualifies for a specific class, you can choose from the following membership plans:

📌 How do I secure my child’s spot in a class?

You must register for each class through the PushPress platform to be included in a session.

📌 Are there limits on class sizes?

Yes, each class is capped at 8 students to ensure quality instruction and focused training.
